Located on the northwest side of Plymouth off of Schmidt Lake Road just west of Vicksburg Lane is the community of Nanterre. Nanterre is a scenic neighborhood community situated on the northeast side of Hollydale Golf Course featuring wooded scenery and a quiet neighborhood atmosphere. The neighborhood boasts 45 single family homes featuring rambler and traditional housing styles with prices ranging from $550,000 to $850,000. Nanterre is an excellent neighborhood with much to offer including great homes, family friendly community, and great location.

Nanterre features excellent location within close proximity to some of the best amenities in Plymouth. Residents of the neighborhood have easy access to several shopping, dining, and recreational amenities including Hollydale Golf Club, Medina Golf and Country Club, Woodland Trails, Eagle Lake Regional Park, French Regional Park, Fairway Greens Park, and Parkers Lake Park, Rockford Plaza, and Plymouth City Center. Residents of Nanterre are served by Independent School District 284 also known as Wayzata Public Schools. Wayzata Public Schools is an excellent school district dedicated to providing students with an exceptional education designed to inspire them and help them excel. The closest school to Nanterre is Providence Academy. Providence serves around 800 students in grades K-12. There are over 100 faculty and staff, 60% of which holds a  master’s degrees and 8% a PhD. Other schools in the area include Kimberly Lane Elementary School, Central Middle School, Wayzata High School, and West Lutheran High School.
